Honestly I just wanted to highlight this verse without too much deep thinking. I do want to point out the way he pushes P and shifts to B. This is one of those cases where Wayne's word choice leaves no doubt that the lyrical patterns were chosen for more than just the rhyme.
I'll admit I had no idea what the mind control line was all about until I did a bunch of research. Turns out it's a throwaway line from Friday. At least I think it's a throwaway. Maybe it has some deeper connection to the rest of the bar. The only thing I can think of is it sets up the X over Y pattern that follows, so you can see the next line as (I got) Parmesan OVER my Panino, implying cheese on top of bread, implying money on top of money. The next line is a bit more simple - he'll take lean over wine.
Finally, the last line + Bitch feels like a very deliberate upgrade from the previous P pattern. Maybe upgrade isn't the right word, but phonetically speaking a B is a voiced P, so in a way he's sticking to the same pattern the whole time. He also does something similar earlier in the verse with S - Steppin on a Swisher roach like a Steppin Stone. That's called sibilance.
