1 My trigger finger wise
But my 9 dumb

2 Middle finger blind
So it's fuck A-N-Y-one

3 Fuck, skate, and die, son
A hundred ways to die, son

4 I'm starin' at a tramp on lean,
Make my eyes jump

This was a request almost a year in the making, and I have to admit that part of the reason I didn't get to it right away was because I didn't realize Wayne was spelling A-N-Y-one. Just one of those facepalm moments. Anyway, on to the meat.

1 - I think the coldest way to interpret this is that he's saying dumb not just as the opposite to 'wise', but also as complementary to 'blind' in the next bar. In other words, dumb also means mute, meaning the 9 is silent. There's also the implication that the 9 doesn't discriminate.

2 - Continuing from the last bar, similar to his 9, his middle finger is also disadvantaged. It does not discriminate, and ANYone can get it. The only thing that's missing is something deaf.

3 - I don't see anything too deep here, but I want to touch on the rhyme. I can imagine a hater saying something like, "lol he rhymed die son with die son" and I just want to point out that the rhyme is between "skate and die son" and "ways to die son." You can almost think of it as two different four-syllable words.

4 - The highlight of the verse. He's staring at a tramp on lean, and his eyes are jumping, as if they are on a trampoline. Maybe you could also say his eyes are jumping because the lean catches his attention. I'm pretty sure it's just the trampoline thing though.
