I have to admit, my first listen or two I thought the stutter on the please was more gunplay, like he's spraying at whoever shouldn't be there. I might be obsessed with the violence. Once I followed the bars more like a movie scene, it all became a lot clearer, and I could tell he was going for more of a comedic and pseudo-wholesome vibe. It's really all about consent, and how he respects the wishes of the ladies around him, not forcing them to do anything they don't want to. Also, for those who don't know, Stuttering Stanley is a reference to Wayne's favorite movie, The Sixth Sense.
The reason I say there's a comedic vibe is because I think the first two lines are hilarious. He basically has zero interest in what the girls are saying because he only expects one thing from them, and he's laughing because he knows he's going to get it.
One final note since I can't overlook a good weed line: I really like the juxtaposition between "loud" and "shush" because of how it seems to change the meaning of the word "shush" in the listener's mind. Since smoking isn't exactly a loud activity, the shushing implies jealousy, or even hatred, and Wayne feeds off of it because he knows you won't do shit.
