Just another week in the life. Even 15 years ago, Wayne knew that the alphabet boys are always listening, so all he's doing here is breaking down his regular routine. I do believe the Bible starts off in a similar way. On the first day he got the package, and by the weekend he was chillin.
The more interesting part of this is the last two lines. The shoot it like a movie bit made me think of a line from Dreams and Nightmares - 'we pull up and we shoot, then we park the car and edit'. I think it was because of this that I didn't immediately understand what was happening in this case. Eventually my imagination caught up, and I realized that the shooting had nothing to do with guns, and was actually a deliberate continuation of the previous lines. To be a bit more clear, the "it" in "shoot it" is the same "it" he was just talking about. They are shooting it like a movie, and at the same time he's watching them like a movie.
