If this song had two more Wayne verses people wouldn't stop talking about it. His energy is at its peak in this section, and in my mind the only one who should follow that energy is Wayne himself.
For me, the highlight of the first part is the juxtaposition of where a person's name might end up, and what it symbolizes. The images are fairly clear based on the most common usage of the items in question. However, I wonder if there was also a secondary intent hidden behind the relative sizes of the two objects. Hmm
I get a kick out of pretty much every line where Wayne talks about weed and gives it new names. In this case it's that kill, and it makes him happier than a guy named Happy. Very simple, very powerful. The big stand-out of the section though is his delivery of the last line. I don't have much to say besides it's one of those moments of clarity where you realize the man speaks the truth.
