Drugs in the backpack
No room for E.T.
Eyes on my kneecaps
Dont look I'm knee deep

All I do is fall back
Smoke kush and keep seeds
Swallow em with some water
Cut myself and bleed weed

Have trouble being human
Let alone a human being
Have trouble shootin the breeze
Not an M-16

Most of this verse is about how Wayne is Different. A lot of alien comparisons, and a lot of references to the movie E.T., with a prime example in the first bit of this snippet. I guess you can think of it as moving drugs would be more important than helping ET get around. I'm still having some trouble wrapping my head around the kneecap/knee deep lines, but I think they reinforce the idea that he's too deep in his world and can't afford to get distracted.

The weed lines are a good bit of fun. He basically consumes so much of it that it becomes an integral part of him, and the line about swallowing the seeds creates an image of him growing it inside himself.

At first glance you might wonder how a human being is different from a human, but after typing out the lyrics I realized that the clever part of the lines is in flipping the words around. Being human / Human being. It's not earth shattering or anything, but still worth props I think.

The last two lines make me think of some of his interviews. I always got the impression that he wasn't super comfortable talking about random nonsense, and this seems like a good enough retort to any such criticism.
